Masai Mara- Trip of a lifetime

Masai Mara, we had this on our bucket list for quite some time and we finally made it. Overall 10 days trip with 2-3 days on transit from Bengaluru to Nairobi to Masai Mara and back; 7 days of full day safari.

We woke up every single day at 5am, had tea, got ready and started off our day before sunrise at 6am and came back after sunset at 7pm.

We spent hours looking at a pride of lion, leopard with its cubs, cheetah leading its cubs for a hunt, wilderbeast trying to cross the Mara river, hundreds of zebras and giraffes.

The experience was more than surreal. The peace that you experience while looking at wildlife is something else, it cannot be described in words.

We went on the safari with Nature wanderers, one of the best wildlife tour organisations in India. You get to spend time and learn from Shivang Mehta, one of the well-known wildlife photographers of India. He is the brand ambassador for Sony cameras. He is full of stories and its one of the best experiences to learn from him.
